By using our site or apps, you agree to the following terms:

• Registration and Subscription

  Registration is free and allows access to various features. By registering, you permit us to include your email in our newsletter subscription and send regular email newsletters and promotional emails to your registered email ID and mobile number.

• Content Usage

  The content, including digital products, available on our site/app is copyrighted and should not be copied, republished, reproduced, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any manner.

• Responsibility for Digital Content

  When purchasing digital content, it is your responsibility to ensure it meets your requirements and that your device meets the necessary specifications. We do not offer refunds for cases where restrictions were not realized, or system specifications were not checked.

• Offer Changes and Promotions

  We reserve the right to change or discontinue digital content or other products and services at any time. Promotional discounts and special offers are subject to change and availability.

• User Conduct

  Please refrain from posting objectionable messages. We reserve the right to remove or edit content violating our guidelines.

• International winners (Rank 1) in Mathematics (IEOM), Science (IEOS), and English (IEOE) from Class 6 onwards are eligible for all educational trips and excursions, provided the required overall total number of participants across all subjects in the Olympiads is met, and there is no tie. In case of a tie, the organizer reserves the right to either conduct a Level 2 examination or consider the results of Level 1 as final and reward the winners with a cash amount, divided equally among the tied students, in place of the international trip.
• Cash prizes for international winners (Rank 1-3) will only be awarded if the respective subject and class had a minimum of 3,000 participants. In the event of a tie, IEducation Olympiads LLP will make the final decision on whether to conduct a Level 2 examination or to consider Level 1 results as final, with the cash rewards being equally distributed among the tied students.
• Trips and excursions will be awarded to winners only if a minimum of 5,000 students have participated in the respective subject for the specified class. In the event of a tie, IEducation Olympiads LLP reserves the right to either conduct a Level 2 examination or consider Level 1 results as final, with cash rewards being equally divided among the tied students.
• Rounds 2 and 3 may be conducted at the sole discretion of IEducation Olympiads LLP to determine the final winners in case of a tie. The organizers also reserve the right to decide the mode of the examination, which could be held online, offline, or as a personal interview in New Delhi.
• Trips and Excursions are at the sole discretion of the organizers.
• Zones will be according to the number of participating schools/Students. Smaller zones in terms of participating students will be combined.
• International Rank Holders are announced only if atleast 500 schools are participating. Further rules may apply for all type of prize distribution among tied winners in case there is a tie.
• International rank holders (Rank 1-3) will receive International Rank Medals, zonal rank holders (Rank 1-3) will receive Zonal Rank Medals, and class toppers will receive Class Topper Medals based on the participant number criteria.

However, students will receive only one medal based on the following hierarchy:

• If a student secures an International Rank Medal, they will not receive a Zonal or Class Topper Medal.
• Similarly, students receiving a Zonal Rank Medal will not be eligible for a Class Topper Medal.
• School Class Topper Medals will be awarded as per the following participation criteria:
  • 1–7 Participants: No medals.
  • 8–9 Participants: First Rank Medal only.
  • 10–19 Participants: First and Second Rank Medals only.
  • 20+ Participants: First, Second, and Third Rank Medals.
• The decision of IEDUCATION OLYMPIADS LLP will be final and binding against all cases if any criteria or terms and conditions are changed without prior notice.
• All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
